What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website — or a third-party service running on that website — stores in your browser. They're used to remember preferences, measure how a site is used, and, in the case of advertising, to help serve and measure ads.
Cookies GamepadTools Sets Itself
None. GamepadTools has no login, no accounts, and no server-side tracking of who you are. We do not set any first-party tracking, marketing, personalization, or session cookies of our own, and the site does not currently use any browser storage mechanism for its own functionality. Every testing tool on this site — gamepad, mouse, GPU, and monitor — runs entirely in memory in your browser tab, and your results are never stored in a cookie or on our servers.

The cookies you may encounter on GamepadTools come from the third-party analytics service we use to run the site:

Advertising
GamepadTools does not currently display advertising or set advertising cookies. If we introduce advertising (for example, Google AdSense) in the future, this section will be updated to name the specific advertising cookies used, and — where required by your region — a consent mechanism will be added before those cookies are set.
Managing Cookies
You can view, block, or delete cookies at any time through your browser's settings — this works regardless of which browser you use. Blocking analytics cookies should not prevent the current tools from functioning, because the tools do not rely on analytics cookies to perform their tests.
GamepadTools does not currently provide a dedicated cookie-preference interface. Cookie requirements can vary depending on your location and the services enabled on the site. Before introducing advertising or other technologies that require consent, we will implement the appropriate consent mechanism and update this policy accordingly.
