When emailing about a tool issue, it helps to include:
- Which tool you were using (the page URL is ideal)
- Your browser name and version (e.g. Chrome 130, Firefox 132)
- Your operating system (e.g. Windows 11, macOS 14, Ubuntu 24)
- The brand and model of the device you were testing (gamepad, mouse, GPU, or monitor)
- Your connection type, if relevant (USB or Bluetooth for controllers/mice)
- What happened, and what you expected to see instead
- A screenshot, if one would help explain the issue
What You Can Contact Us About
